This is the image for the news article titled Curbside Meals UpdateBeginning Tuesday, April 7th, RRISD families will only be able to pick up lunch and breakfast at one time:  As of Tuesday, April 7th, the morning pickup will no longer be available from 7:30 – 9:00 AM.

Instead, we will supply lunch, along with breakfast for the next day ONLY from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Monday through Friday at River Road High School.  
PLEASE NOTE:  There will be NO meal pick-up available on Friday, April 10th, due to the school holiday for Good Friday.

We have 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CURBSIDE MEALS!

USDA is requiring parents to identify the children in their families in order to receive free meals if children are not in the car with you. 
This is a Federal Requirement however, please know that we will not turn anyone away.  We want no child to go hungry. 

Beginning Monday April 6, 2020 if your children are not in the vehicle with you when you come to pick-up meals we will need to see one of these documents for each child requesting a meal: 

1. Official letter/email/electronic school application from school listing children enrolled.
2. Individual Report Card.
3. Attendance record from parent portal of the school website, printed or electronic, that          includes child’s names.
4. Birth certificates for children not in school.
5. Student ID.

After we have verified your students/children you will be given a paper to keep on your dashboard for future meal pick-up.  We only need to verify the children in your family one time.

If you are unable to produce one of these documents, we will verify your student’s enrollment/work with you to get some form of ID.   

Please know that we will not turn anyone away.  We want no child to go hungry.
